My husband misplaced his wedding band and the same day he went purchased a new one. The following day we found the it.  I thought how cool it would be to replace my diamond cluster on his wedding band. I went to Smart Jewelry and talked with Ben. He took time to explain my options. I am pleased with his work. I love it!...... It's awesome!

I had a ceramic watch that I dropped and took it first to one  of the major nationwide jewelry retailers to have it fixed. They said they had to send it off to get an estimate. All it needed was the pin that held the band part to the watch, as it broke when I dropped it. They had it for 3 weeks and came back with an estimate of well over $125. I was stunned, so they made some adjustments to the request they had originally sent in with the watch and assured me that it was a mistake. I waited another 3-4 weeks for them to come back with a similar estimate and they just returned the watch with the estimate. I really love this watch, so I started looking for some other possibility of getting it fixed and ran across Ben's jewelry business and I an so glad I did. He fixed it on one day and the price he did it at was so reasonable. He even made the pin that it needed. I refer everyone to him now. He is honest, does great work and is a total gentleman to deal with.
